The staff were, like, okay overall, but they weren’t super attentive. I did get help eventually, you know, but I had to ask twice before someone actually noticed me and came over...

The drink selection was really weak, there was barely anything to choose from. On top of that, it felt like everything was handled carelessly, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

Well... booking through 3joes.com went okay overall. Everything worked in the end, but the confirmation took a bit longer than I expected and some of the pages felt kind of slow. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been

I ordered from 3 Joe's my gut told me it was going to be a solid pick. The portions ended up being better than I expected, not huge or over the top, but definitely enough to feel full without having to add extra sides.
I’d probably give it 4 stars because one of the items seemed a little smaller compared to the others, but it still felt like decent value overall. I’d order again, especially since my first instinct about it turned out to be right.

The food itself was fine, but the delivery was a mess. It took way longer than the time they gave me, and by the time it finally showed up, the box was squashed and everything was barely warm. I don’t know if this was on the driver or the restaurant, but someone clearly dropped the ball. Disappointing experience overall.

I ordered two pizzas and a salad, but one of the pizzas showed up wrong and the salad had no dressing. The receipt was correct, so I’m not sure where it went off track. I tried calling the store and just sat on hold, then any help I got felt like a generic copy-paste response instead of someone actually looking into it. The food itself was fine, but the messed up order kind of ruined the whole thing. not in a hurry to use 3joes.com again.

There is a good amount to choose from here, so it was easy to find something that sounded good...

I was disappointed with the dietary options. I couldn’t find much clear info about allergens or vegan choices, so it felt like I was just guessing what was actually safe to order. I even tried asking for help and got transferred around, which made it even more annoying. Not ideal if you have food restrictions or just want to know what you’re eating.

The ingredients tasted old and just not fresh at all. I was really hoping for better, but it was sooo disappointing

It just didn’t feel very family friendly to me. We went at what should’ve been a good time for the kids, but everything felt awkwardly timed and kind of inconvenient. I wouldn’t choose it again if I were traveling with children

The sourdough crust had a nice tang to it, which I think a lot of people will appreciate, but it was a little chewy and dry for my taste. Overall, the pizza was fine, just not something that stood out a ton

I ordered from 3 Joe's the other night because I didn’t feel like cooking after getting home later than usual, and I figured it would be an easy dinner. The food itself was okay when it finally showed up, nothing bad, but the wait felt way longer than I expected. There also wasn’t really a clear update, so I was just sitting around checking my phone and wondering if it was even on the way. By the time it arrived, I was already kind of irritated, which probably made the whole thing feel worse. I might try it again at some point, but definitely not anytime soon.

Ordered takeaway from 3 Joes and, uh, it wasn’t really great. The food turned up a little cold, and the pizza base was chewy in a way I didn’t enjoy. The toppings were fine, just nothing that stood out. I also ended up waiting longer than the time they’d shown. Maybe it’s better if you eat in, but for takeaway, I don’t think I’d be in a rush to order again

I don’t know, maybe I just caught them on an off day, but the staff didn’t feel very friendly to me. I kept thinking, “Am I bothering them?” even though I was just trying to ask a simple question. The service wasn’t terrible or anything, just kind of cold and not very welcoming.

The pizza was bland and kind of soggy, almost like it had been sitting around for a while. The sauce barely had any flavor, and the cheese had this weird chewy texture that was off-putting. I wasn’t expecting the best pizza ever, but I at least hoped it would be enjoyable, and it just wasn’t.

Honestly... I felt like this was overpriced for what I actually got!!! The food was fine, I guess, but nothing that made me go “wow” or feel like it justified the cost. Portions were kinda small too, especially for the price they’re charging??
I’m totally okay with spending more when the meal feels worth it!!! But this just didn’t hit that mark for me. I left feeling like I probably could’ve gotten way better value somewhere else...

I went to 3 Joes with a couple of friends after my sister had mentioned it was worth trying, and it turned out to be a really nice place. The atmosphere was relaxed, not too noisy, but still had a good buzz to it. It felt clean and cosy, and the staff were friendly and laid-back. The only downside was that it got a bit busy near the door, so our table felt slightly cramped for a while. Overall though, I’d happily go back.

I had an issue with my order and ended up having to chase it more than I should’ve, which was frustrating. Support did eventually get back to me and sort it out, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, I was expecting at least a proper apology for the hassle. It worked out in the end, but the whole experience could’ve been handled better

I don’t know, the pizza just wasn’t good for me. The crust was all soggy, and the cheese had this kinda off taste to it. Not really something I’d want again.
